Reign Custom Builders’ team includes a number of dedicated key project management staff, estimating staff, architectural designers, highly skilled trade specialists, administrative personnel, real estate professionals and interior designers and decorators.
Damian Stevenson
PRESIDENT - Home building and renovations became a natural evolution after year of specializing in the design/build of in-ground pools, and thousands of hot tub installations, including 4 person hot tubs, 8 person hot tubs, and plug and play hot tubs. Framing of homes began, and the rest is history. With a strong background in project management and business, Damian prides himself on delivering impeccable service and communication to his clients with an “under-promise and over-deliver” mandate. Damian knows how to balance the emotions of a new home build with the demands of the trades to ensure your satisfaction and referral.
Shawn McGirr
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Shawn has 20 years plus of hands on experience of concrete foundation forming and finishing, custom home framing / finishing and complete renovation, in-ground swimming pool design / build. Shawn's construction project management skills have been honed at over 20 Reign custom build projects while he continues ensure that the company delivers on it's differentiation in customer experience.
Matt Cleary
RENOVATION MANAGER -Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce and International Business Degree. He has expertise in demolition, full scope internal framing, contracting and project management with 11plus years experience. Matt will make you feel confident when managing your project and knows how to lead and motivate the trades to perform their best and deliver the absolute highest quality product while ensuring clients have fun during the build.
Armond Leonard
RENOVATION MANAGER - Armond has 30 years plus experience in every aspect of home building including framing, roofing, millwork, copper work and full project management. He is a true professional and understands the companies goal to provide unparalleled service and an extraordinary building experience. You will appreciate Armonds keen eye for detail and light witted humor as he deals with you and the trades to ensure your complete satisfaction.

NIKKI FISHER-GIGAULT DESIGNS specializes in full service interior design and decorating for new build homes and offers a superior understanding to cabinetry and millwork design, as well as excellent attention to detail for an array of design and decorating details. Nikki will not only capture your style, but she constantly impresses with the fine details that create the end result and is sure to exceed your expectations in bringing it all together; all while maintaining high statures of customer service

Reign Custom Builders works with many trusted Architects in Mississauga and the surrounding areas and will work with any professional firm that you choose to work with on the design portion of your project.We can also refer you to a number of Architects and designers for your project. We deal on a day-to-day basis with many Architects that we feel will be a perfect match for your custom home build or renovation. Please don't hesitate to contact us for a referral if you do not have an Architect in mind.
